Do you offer adaptive clothing for medical equipment?
Yes, many of our designs include easy-access openings and wrap-around styles specifically engineered to accommodate NICU leads, IVs, and monitors without undressing the baby.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but we offer expedited overnight shipping at checkout for families who need items immediately.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items used in a hospital setting cannot be returned.
Can I send an order as a gift directly to a hospital?
Yes, you can enter the hospital's address and the NICU room number at checkout. We also offer a gift-wrapping service and can include a personalized handwritten note.
